Online Order Returns
Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked "SALE" "Final Sale" OR "Vintage" cannot be returned.
Serge + Jane gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site for the full purchase price within 15 days of original purchase. Initial shipping will not be reimbursed and return shipping is at buyer's expense.

Once your return is received and inspected a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked "SALE" "Final Sale" OR "Vintage" cannot be returned. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service. If you send a return without tracking and we don't receive the item we will not issue a credit.
Online Order Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order Including a note that the return is an exchange.

In-Store Return Policy
Returns must be made within 7 DAYS for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. ALL SALE, SEASONAL (apparel, toys, gifts, etc.) + PERISHABLE (Food, Drink, Drinkware, Gummies) Merchandise is FINAL SALE. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. All tags + original packaging must be attached as it was sold.
